We are in no way responsible for the complete delivery of emails from our eCommerce site to a individual mailbox. - Any purchase made here is a Commercial Unlimited License under its related terms, which grants the right to use the associated software and its downloads according to the licensing terms of the Commercial Unlimited License (the "License").
Purchase of Licenses and their related Software here is a fully automated process, and there are no cancellations possible or granted for purchases. Also for fully processed purchases, there are no refunds in whatever case.
The delivery of any purchase on this site is the Source Code related to the License, and that is being delivered in full human and machine readable code. Therefore there is no right granted to reverse the purchase, or to any refunds, after the purchase has been completed on our site, or the respective Source Code or Link to its download location has been sent from our Purchase System to the Email Address provided during registration or the purchase.
Above terms of purchase do apply for commercial companies as well as consumers, or end-users, in the same meaning. - Ordering
- For any purchase of a Commercial Unlimited license, there are no refunds for these licenses whatsoever.
Purchase of Commercial Licenses is a fully automated process, and there are no cancellations possible or granted for purchases. Also for fully processed purchases, there are no refunds in whatever case.
Every purchased Commercial License is available for download by login with to our site with your registered account and on your personal account page. In addition to every completed purchase a electronic invoice is being sent to the Email Address entered while registering with our site. - Tax
- Taxation of the purchase will be according to the rules of Value Added Tax for eCommerce Transaction of the European Union and the country of Austria.

Valid types of payment are listed on the checkout page, these listed payment methods are the only accepted payment methods for purchases.
Currently we support the following Payment Options on all orders:Bank Prepayment via International Bank Transfer: You need to transfer the order total amount via international transfer from your Bank Account to our IBAN/BIC. Your order will be released after we received the money. This may take several days for the order to complete.
PayPal payment: Use your PayPal account to make the payment.
Moneybookers payment: Use your Credit Card, Bank Account or your Moneybookers account to make the payment.
- Delivery
- Delivery of all software purchased here is via email message with a related download link. Any purchased downloadable software is also available for download using your account with our store. Related updates to any purchased downloadable software are also available in your account with us when being released.
- Warranty
- There is no warranty for the purchased software, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Except when otherwise stated in writing the copyright holders and/or other parties provide the software “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event, unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, will any copyright holder, or any other party who modifies and/or conveys the program as permitted above, be liable to you for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software (including but not limited to loss of data or data being rendered inaccurate or losses sustained by you or third parties or a failure of the software to operate with any other programs), even if such holder or other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders and their individual order status, please use your personal account page 'My Account' here after login with your email address and password provided during account creation.
- Updating Account Information
- Please always keep your account information updated with us. Especially for business purchasing items from this site, we require to have valid Tax VAT Identification numbers from you. Each account holder is fully responsible for providing accurate and valid information to his account with us, at all time.
